Its not just conference call features or ‘hunt groups’ its all the more granular features that I found most impressive. For instance, individualized call blocking, whereas you can block either a single number, or a range of numbers on an exchange. An exchange is the first group of three numbers in a seven digit phone number in the US and Canada phone numbering systems.
