Quora and Marriott/Starwood hacked – are you next?

Quora is a website where you can ask any seemingly random questions and get an answer from another user. For instance, you could ask, ‘what is the fastest fish in the world’? Quora users will respond to you with some interesting responses. With over 100 million users worldwide you can imagine the range of responses that you might receive.

Traveling for person or business and staying at Marriott or Sheraton Hotels or properties? Read on! You might have been one of the 500 million users that has their data stolen, since 2014.

Your data includes any of the following, “some combination of name, mailing address, phone number, email address, passport number, Starwood Preferred Guest account information, date of birth, gender, arrival and departure information, reservation date and communication preferences”, according to Forbes.
